  • Abstracts submitted after the deadline cannot be accepted.
  • The abstract acceptance / rejection notification will be sent to the author at the end of April 2025.

Abstract Submission

All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the "Abstract Submission." Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations and will be published in the abstract book.

  • Abstracts submitted by E-mail, fax or post will NOT be accepted.

Submission Guidelines

  • Name(s) of presenting author and co-authors: First name(s) or initials of first name(s), family name (e.g. John Smith or J. Smith)
  • Abstract title is limited to 30 words.
  • Abstract must be typed in English with the body limited with 300 words.
  • The abstract body shall consist of 1) Background, 2) Methods, 3) Results, and 4) Conclusion.
    Please note that if you are applying for a case study, you do not need to follow the above instructions.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Up to 1 graphs/tables or images(File size:10.0 MB / File format: jpeg jpg png gif) can be uploaded.
  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
    Any mistakes in literature or in scientific facts will be published as what is typed.
  • Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral presentation, poster oral presentation or poster exhibition).
    However, the scientific committee will make the final decision on presentation type after review of abstracts.
  • A confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, the presenting author and corresponding author by E-mail upon their on-line submission. Therefore, please submit the right contact details. otherwise, the presenter will not receive important information about his/her presentation.
  • The presenting author must register by July 9, 2025, at least one day prior to AOCC 2025.

How to submit abstract

  • To register your abstract, please click on the "Abstract Submission" button above.
  • Next, click on the "Login/Create a new account" (green button).
  • Enter your email address in the "Check an account" section to verify whether you already have an account.
    1. If you have an account, your registered email address will be displayed. Click the "Reset" button, and a 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code and set a new password.
      You will be redirected to the login screen. After logging in with your email address and new password, click on your name in the upper right corner and check your "Profile." If there are any changes to your registration details, please update them.
    2. If you do not have an account, click "Create a new account" and enter your email address and password. After doing so, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address. Please enter the code.
      You will be redirected to the login screen. After logging in with your registered email address and password, you can create your account. 
  • On "My Page," you can register and edit your abstract (author, affiliation, title, abstract) during the abstract submission period.
